1. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver our products in the fastest and safest way possible.

• Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the location.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for orders above ₹XXXX. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products and for health/hygiene reasons, we have a restricted return policy.

• Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at frontdesk@jammi.org with photos of the product and packaging.
• Refunds: Upon verification of your claim, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
• No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products if you change your mind after purchase.

3. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
